Just ran an update on my favorite add on tool bar and found that it fixes the problem with Stumbleupon toolbar and the IE7 RC1. No more errors when shutting down browsers and tabs.
To update on your Stumbleupon toolbar and click on menu, select about Stumbleupon, toolbar version. It will take you to the page to download the update.
